❓ CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Most orders may be canceled any time before shipment. Some products are made to order, and if cancellation occurs after production, a cancellation fee may apply. Once the order has shipped, it is considered fulfilled and will require a return with applicable fees. To request cancellation, contact Customer Service via email as soon as possible. The order is not canceled until you receive confirmation.
🚚 CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
You can change your delivery address before the order has shipped. However, once shipped, we are not responsible for any address changes.
📧 WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
Your order confirmation email is automatically sent as soon as your purchase is completed. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
⏳ WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
If you place your order before 5:30pm EST, it will be delivered within 72 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on the following Monday, except for Bank Holidays.
📦 WILL MY ORDER SHIP DISCREETLY?
All items are shipped in plain packaging with no indications of content. Sender information on the shipping label is discreet and reads "HP" with a return address. Orders ship from our warehouse in Michigan.
📍 CAN I KEEP TRACK OF MY ORDER?
Shipment confirmation is sent once the label is printed. The email includes tracking information so you can easily monitor your order status.
🔄 HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item). Please email support@hydropros.com with your order number and items you wish to return.
