Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Most orders may be canceled any time before shipment. Some products are made to order, and if cancellation occurs after production, a cancellation fee may apply. Once the order has shipped, it is considered fulfilled and will require a return with applicable fees. To request cancellation, contact Customer Service via email as soon as possible. The order is not canceled until you receive confirmation.

Can I change my delivery address?

You can change your delivery address before the order has shipped. However, once shipped, we are not responsible for any address changes.

When will I receive my order confirmation email?

Your order confirmation email is automatically sent as soon as your purchase is completed. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

When will my order be delivered?

We ship all orders the same day! If you're located in the Midwest, your order will arrive the next day since we ship from Michigan. For orders outside the Midwest, expect delivery within 2-3 business days.

Do you ship internationally?


We currently only ship within the USA and Canada. International shipping outside these regions is not available at this time.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

Yes, we offer commercial and bulk pricing, as well as tax-exempt options. Please contact us with your business information, and we'll set up your account for these benefits.

Returns & Refunds

How do I start a return or exchange?

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item). Please email support@hydropros.com with your order number and items you wish to return.

What should I do if I received a damaged or wrong item?

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us with pictures and details of the issue. We'll work with the mail carrier to file a claim and either replace or refund the damaged item. For wrong items, we’ll send the correct item free of charge.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once we’ve received your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take an additional 2-5 business days to reflect the refund in your account.
